Executive Summary

IRIS Education & Training Services implemented a Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) Program under the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board (BBSHRRDB) to strengthen technical skills, improve employability, and support workforce development among youth in Sindh.

The initiative focused on delivering industry-aligned, competency-based training programs designed to equip participants with practical skills, technical competencies, workplace readiness, and occupational knowledge required for employment and self-employment opportunities.
