Executive Summary

IRIS Education & Training Services was engaged under the Shared Future Project to conduct a comprehensive baseline assessment and develop a robust Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework together with an integrated monitoring system.

The assignment aimed to establish reliable baseline data, define measurable performance indicators, strengthen monitoring mechanisms, and support evidence-based program management. Through rigorous research methodologies, stakeholder consultations, field assessments, and institutional analysis, IRIS generated the foundational evidence required for effective project implementation, performance tracking, and impact measurement.

The project provided a structured framework that enabled project teams and stakeholders to monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, measure impact, and strengthen accountability throughout the implementation cycle.

Methodology

Key Achievements & Impact

The project enabled implementing partners and stakeholders to measure progress against clearly defined indicators and monitor results throughout the project lifecycle. Comprehensive baseline data was established alongside custom Performance Tracking Systems and Indicator Reference Sheets.

This robust KPI framework and monitoring system established a sustainable mechanism for performance management, accountability, and reporting. The assignment fundamentally strengthened organizational learning and improved the ability of stakeholders to accurately demonstrate outcomes to donors and beneficiaries.
